Guarantee and return policy

Warranty conditions:

In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, it is strongly recommended that you inspect the product during freight delivery. If you see damage, keep records and do not collect the product. Modifications made to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Policy:

If the product you have purchased on our website turns out to be faulty, you must contact us via the online support section of our site at the latest within 7 days from the delivery date. According to this information, the faulty product that you send us with the freight company will be replaced with a new one. If the defect of the ordered product is caused by the customer’s use or the product has been used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
